Step 1: Candidate should go Telangana CEO Official website. Step 2: Go to the menu bar click on E-Registration –> Assembly Constituency –> Form-6 (New Enrollment) or simply to go through the E-Registration Form. (check your browser to use Mozila Firefox or IE 7.0 or above) Application for inclusion of name in electoral roll Step 3: Select your District name from the drop down box from 31 districts list. Step 4: Select your Assembly Constituency form the drop down list. If you don’t know your Assembly Constituency name then click on • Select your district name • Enter your Locality /Colony Name • Click on search button Step 5: Click on Browse button, select your image file and click on upload button.
