Sep 02, 2014  Gauntlet Mode is a new mode in Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate, it features stages of ever increasing difficulty. To complete the storyline in you'll have to complete the stages and then complete the final stage of that level to progress onto the second, third and finally the fourth. Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate (無双OROCHI2 アルティメット, Musou OROCHI 2 Ultimate). It is initially available in Gauntlet Mode, though customized colors are not.

And of course you'll always waste away doing one mission over and over because you need to kill Barrier Sorcerors or something and that's the only stage that seems to have them, only to find the next stage has Barrier Sorcerors and three other enemy types you're looking to get that you've already done causing you to realize you just wasted soooooo muuuuuch tiiiiiime. I've been trying to get it on and off for over a year. It's heart-rending. Oh, and what GearMonster1 said. Only red leads to Hundun. Rush through it until you get the final crystal type THEN get ready to clear the board.
